First and foremost, we are affiliated with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
We are a self-autonomous Baptist church, meaning we are self-governed.
We have denominational ties with:
Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) found at www.sbc.net/.
Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware (BCMD) found at http://bcmd.org/.
MidMaryland Baptist Association (MMBA) which can be found at midmarylandba.org.
These are the organizations that help us carry out the Great Commission through their support of colleges, seminaries, missionaries, and funding.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Matthew 28:19,20 NIV
CrossLife partners with many local organizations through service, volunteers, or financial support.
Elkridge Food Pantry & Garden ~ Blessings In A BackPack – Harvest Sunday’s
Every month with 5 Sundays is a Harvest Month. Everyone brings in food and toiletry items for the Elkridge Food Pantry & the Blessings In A BackPack program. Look for announcements and share in your blessings. Go to food donation list to see what you can bring. In 2018 Harvest Months are April, July, September, and December.
Habitat for Humanity
Every Sunday we have a collection bin for aluminum cans at the entrance to the school (Elkridge Elementary, 7075 Montgomery Rd, Elkridge, MD). All proceeds are donated to the local Habitat for Humanity of Howard County.
CLYMB and Revolution Connect Group combined their efforts last summer and helped Habitat for Humanity on a service project day.
We support the Building Families program and, in particular, their annual
AGAPE 5 K run. This year the run is on Saturday, June 16, 2018.
