John Mackall

I have been blessed with an incredible family I love dearly. God called us to the Elkridge area over 20 years ago to start a church and has shown up and showed off in so many ways. I love teaching the Word of God and creating opportunities for people to grow in their relationship with Jesus. I also love God's creation and being outdoors; fishing, biking, swimming, and hiking are just a few of my favorite things to do!

LEAD PASTOR

John Mitchell

Prior to coming to CrossLife, I worked as a Civil Engineer and was a bi-vocational pastor for 10 years, after graduating from Capital Bible Seminary. I came to know Jesus as my personal Savior at a young age and have a passion for teaching and facilitating spiritual growth through small group ministry. The Lord has blessed me with a wonderful wife and three fabulous kids who are all grown. I enjoy the outdoors, and in my spare time, I like to camp, run, bike and play almost any sport. I like contemporary Christian music and some of my favorite artists are Chris Tomlin, Big Daddy Weave, Phil Wickham, Matthew West, and Skillet.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Missy Mitchell

I have worn many hats over the years, but my favorites are wife and mom. I’m grateful that the Lord allowed me to raise three young men and launch them into adulthood. I have also enjoyed my roles that have allowed me to use administrative and computer skills in various capacities and am thankful for the opportunity to use those skills in ministry at CrossLife. I like spending time outside in God’s creation and can often be found on my bicycle or camping with my husband.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Noah Townsend

Hi, I'm Noah. I believe that God delights in the creative arts and has given them to us as a way to connect with and glorify Him. I am so excited to be working with a team that is on mission and does their best to worship God in all things. In my free time, you can find me playing soccer, bouldering, and enjoying board games with friends!
